Yaba college of technology a Federal college in Nigeria gave it students both the part time and the full time student 11 days to complete paymet of their school fees and registration for new student despite the coronavirus pandemic. They stated in their website the following screenshots below.
They stated that all candidates are to complete their screening exercise and as well pay their school fees and bear all risk of uploading a fake document to the website as their school admission will be forfeited. They stated that the students are to do this between 11th of may and 22nd of may, 2020. This will make it 11 days not excluding Saturday and sunday.
The problem is during this registration procedure, the HND new students are to generate a jamb regulation number from the jamb office which there's only one in the state, the one at Ikoyi and students don't know if it will be open. Or what to do to this part of the registration. Not only that, the problem also students are facing is lack of funds. There are so many student who have been affected by this pandemic infact 99% of students have been affected by this pandemic and i know so many of them have even find it difficult to eat and even survive this pandemic time. I hope the government do something about this.
